Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my delivery day?
Yes. You choose a weekday and a two-hour window and delivery stays on the same day for your subscription. A day change just needs 48 hours' notice.
Can I decide what goes in the bouquet?
You can specify colours and tones; flower types are chosen by our designer according to season and fresh market stock. You can exclude allergenic flowers such as lily.
How do I cancel or skip?
From your customer panel ('My account') you can skip a delivery or pause the subscription in one click. There is no cancellation penalty; on annual plan cancellation the remaining months are refunded.
Can I buy a gift subscription?
Yes. You enter the recipient's address and card note; you and the recipient are informed on the first delivery.
