The following terms apply to all delivery orders placed online and by phone.
Delivery times
- Orders placed before 15:00 are delivered the same day in two-hour windows (09:00–21:00).
- In holiday weeks, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day weeks the cut-off may move to 13:00; this is announced on the site.
- For hospital, hotel and office deliveries the recipient name and floor/room details must be complete.
If the recipient is not available
Our courier tries to reach the recipient twice. If unreachable the flowers are left with a neighbour, security or at the place you specified; if that is not possible they return to our shop and are redelivered the next day. A further delivery fee applies for the second delivery.
Freshness guarantee and returns
As these are perishable goods they fall outside the right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation). However, if your bouquet wilts or is damaged within seven days of delivery, send a photo to our WhatsApp line and we replace the same product free of charge.

Price and payment
The delivery fee is between 90 and 320 TRY by zone and is shown in the basket before payment. Credit card, bank transfer and, for corporate clients, deferred payment are accepted. The invoice is emailed after the order.
