How long do the flowers stay fresh?
It varies by type: rose five to eight days, tulip five to seven, lily eight to ten, orchid two to three months. All bouquets carry a seven-day freshness guarantee; if it wilts within that time send us a photo and we send a new one.
What is the order cut-off for same-day delivery?
15:00 for zones 1 and 2 (14:00 for Maltepe–Kartal and Sarıyer); 12:00 for zone 3. In Valentine's and Mother's Day weeks cut-offs may be moved to 13:00.
What if the recipient is not at home?
If the courier cannot reach the recipient after two tries, flowers are left with a neighbour, security or a place you specify. If not possible they return to our shop and are redelivered the next day (with an additional delivery fee).
In whose name do you write the card note?
In whatever name you like or anonymously. If you tick 'Do not show sender name' on the order form, no sender details appear on the card.
Will the bouquet match the photo exactly?
As flowers are living products there may be slight differences by season and stock; composition and colour balance are preserved. For an exact match upload a photo via the custom order form.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
Catalogue prices include VAT, packaging and a handwritten card; the delivery fee is added by zone and shown before payment. In flower subscriptions, delivery to zones 1 and 2 is included.
Do you issue corporate invoices?
Yes. E-invoices and e-archive invoices are issued; for corporate subscriptions a monthly consolidated invoice and deferred payment (15 days) can apply.
Is the fee refunded when a subscription is cancelled?
On monthly plans remaining deliveries in the month are refunded; on annual plans the remaining full months are refunded. Delivered bouquets are not refundable.
Are there pet-safe flowers?
For cat owners lilies and some succulents are toxic. Rose, orchid, daisy and alstroemeria are relatively safe. If you note 'pet at home' on the custom order form our designer will choose accordingly.
